I don't like/ cannot fit into my items! What can I do now?
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and will accept returns/ exchanges within 10 days of receipt for most items in brand new, sealed condition** (refunds will be less initial courier fees incurred to send items to buyers).
PLEASE NOTE: contact us before actually returning the items.

Defective / Wrong item(s) received?

Should your item(s) have a defect or arrived damaged, you can get an exchange or a replacement as long as the claim is made within 10 *calendar* days from the date of receipt.

Just drop us a message (with photos/ videos showing defects clearly please) and we will advise on the next steps.


Please do not dispose of the packaging material/ parcel packaging materials which would have the address/ order label in order for us to be able to process your claim.

**Return Conditions

1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, underwear, thermal wear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies.
2. Returned items must be in their unused, sealed condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been unsealed, used, worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. Items which were discounted/ on sale and bundled with free gifts cannot be returned.
4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products not belonging to our shop.
7. Note to contact us to confirm return and refund amount BEFORE returning any item. Items which were returned with no prior notice cannot be processed smoothly and may be lost/ missing in transit.
Note: Please do not send your return(s) directly to the address on your package. That will affect the processing of your return and items may be lost/ not tracked that way.
